Thank you for the nice comments on Zultys. Everything you said about us is true. Would like to add that while we have EVERY feature that Avaya and Cisco has (+ a ton that they do NOT have) , a FULL configured 60 user phone system from Zultys with ALL the features (Soft Phone, Cell Phone Twinning, Conference, Find me FOllow me, Unified Messaging, Fax Server, Call Record Server, and MUCH more ) and WITH 60 IP LCD Duplex Phones is $17,295.00 RETAIL (MSRP) + labor - that is 1/5th the price of an Avaya and we pack a LOT more features at that price than they do.

This is a great article. But i feel it's important to discuss how important using a hosted VoIP provider is. This article is an excellent resource: http://www.freedomiq.com/about-us/whats-new/slash-phone-costs-increase-productivity.shtml

It discusses how using a hosted VoIP PBX can slash phone costs and increase productivity in a recession.
